  • Home Delivery (Domestic)
    Delivery right to your doorstep is scheduled during the day according to our pre-established timetable of service times, with a second delivery attempt included free of charge.
  • Home Delivery (Foreign)
    Foreign doorstep/home deliveries are scheduled during the day according to our pre-established timetable of service times. Your shipment must be at the branch that will forward it to the foreign destination one day before the date on which the branch will ship according to its established frequency.
  • Delivery by Appointment
    Deliveries by appointment are scheduled 48 hours after the corresponding shipment arrives at the destination branch, coordinated on the day and time indicated with a window of three hours for delivery.
