This is a voluntary program, developed by the Mexican Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT) and the Environmental Protection Agency (SEMARNAT). It seeks to make the transportation of cargo and passengers through Mexico more efficient, safe, competitive and environmentally friendly. It also helps us to reduce three basic aspects of our activities
- Fuel consumption
- Operating costs
- The emission of airborne pollutants
To this end, we promote specific actions across the Almex operations, such as regulating maximum speeds, reducing engine idling and ensuring the continuous maintenance of our vehicles.
