- Maximum size of 2 cubic meters per delivery unit
Boxes or pallets up to a length of 2.80 meters, width of 2.20 meters and height of 2 meters
• Maximum weight per load unit of 150 kgs
• Deliveries of freight that exceeds the specifications of the Almex standard and/or that require three attempts to call for confirmation or the hiring of equipment or maneuvering services will be considered as special in their evaluation and may be subject to additional charges. They must have a special configuration according to the catalog of exceptions and the written approval of the branches involved in the shipping operations.
• Freight must be properly packed (consult our Packaging Manual)
• Delivery scheduling through confirmation with the final consumer 48 hours after documentation
• Almex service times are determined according to the route, plus five business days to finalize delivery
• Delivery per item within the home of the final consumer with haulage up to a second floor
• Product unpacking option
• Two delivery attempts
• Locations enabled for Almex Home Delivery service are: Mexico City,
Monterrey, Guadalajara, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Toluca, Puebla and their respective metropolitan areas
• Deliveries to foreign locations are NOT within the scope of this service.
